1、定期檢查貨叉。

2、確保貨叉承載量符合或超出位于叉車駕駛室中銘牌上的叉車額定承載量及載荷中心。

3、在對貨叉進行任何改裝/維修之前，請獲得貨叉制造商的書面許可。

4、確定您使用中的貨叉的磨損周期和更換計劃。在要求苛刻的應用中使用較大規格的貨叉可延長貨叉的使用壽命。

5、在任何時候，所有的定位銷須到位。使用前，貨叉須正確地安置在掛架中，定位銷須完全位于插槽內。

1. Check the forks regularly.

2. Ensure that the fork load capacity meets or exceeds the forklift rated load capacity and load center on the nameplate in the forklift cab.

3. Before any modification/maintenance of the fork, please obtain the written permission of the fork manufacturer.

4. Determine the wear cycle and replacement plan of the fork you are using. The use of larger forks in demanding applications can extend the service life of the forks.

5. All positioning pins must be in place at any time. Before use, the fork must be correctly placed in the hanger, and the positioning pin must be completely located in the slot.
